road trip

I am so excited that it is spring!! My flowers are blooming despite my terrible lack of care for them, it is warm, the grass is green......I could go on forever!!

We took Josslin back to school, left on Wednesday and got back last evening. She is living off campus in an apartment with 4 other girls, and already is having a blast. She has two cousins down there this semester as well, so they are looking forward to some seriously good times. She has some good classes which will keep her pretty busy, and some extracurricular activities planned.

We went to the Rexburg Temple the morning after, and tried to catch a session at the Twin Falls temple, but had not called early enough to get a reservation so missed out on that. Twin Falls is in a very pretty area though, it would have been fun to spend a day or two exploring.

After getting home, and mucking out the mess that 2 teenage boys create when left on their own for 4 days, Adam wanted to go to the Stake dance. Every year, our stake puts on a formal dance for the kids...they get all gussied up and everything. Paul found this jacket for Adam to wear, and all of a sudden he wasn't 14 any more!

Don't you miss them when they leave? And when did Adam get so grown up?
